How a Review Request Works
- After the job, the customer gets a request. At the counter they can scan the QR code. Afterwards, a short text or email goes out with a link to your Google review page.
- The request is the same for everyone. Every customer gets it. Nobody is screened out first, and no customer is asked to rate you privately before deciding whether they get the link.
- There’s no reward. No discount, gift or entry into a draw for leaving a review, and no reward tied to a rating. Google doesn’t allow incentives for reviews, and we don’t use them.
- We don’t write reviews. Every review comes from a real customer, in their own words.
- Every review gets an answer. Good or bad, each review gets a reply that is polite and specific to what the customer said.
