Get Found, Look Better, Get Chosen: For Restaurants and Cafés
When someone looks for a place to eat or grab a coffee near them, you want them to find you, trust what they see, and come in. We improve how your restaurant or café appears on Google Maps, Google Search, your website and AI search, while you focus on your guests.
Where Guests Look for a Place to Eat or Grab a Coffee
We measured what a "near me" search looks like on a phone in Phoenix. The figures below are for restaurants; cafés were not measured separately.
The map comes first.
For a "near me" search for restaurants, Google's map of local businesses was the first result on the page, and Google showed no AI overview.
Most profiles already have many reviews.
In our Phoenix sample, the typical restaurant had a 4.2 rating and 340 reviews, and only 19% had fewer than 25.
Ratings vary, and some profiles were never claimed.
34% of the restaurants were rated below 4.0 stars, and 17% had never claimed their Google profile.
AI assistants already name restaurants.
When we asked ChatGPT who the best restaurant in Phoenix is, the answer named at least three businesses and drew on 18 sources, two of them business directories.
Where a profile already has many reviews, our work centers on replying to them and on your rating, not on collecting more. Based on the first 100 restaurants within 15 km of central Phoenix (1,572 in that area); one "near me" search on a phone, one day; one ChatGPT question, one answer. Measured October 11, 2026. This is not all of Arizona. Restaurants only; cafés were not measured separately.
Where a Restaurant or a Café Can Be Missed on Google
If any of these looks like your place today, that is where our work starts.
The map shows up first, and your profile may be one nobody has claimed.
For a "near me" search for restaurants in Phoenix, Google's map of local businesses was the first result on the page. 17% of the restaurants we checked had never claimed their Google profile.
What we do. Your profile is claimed, complete and kept current, so you are a choice on that map, not a name under it. (Local Visibility: Google profile work and listing checks.)
Most profiles already have the reviews. The rating is where they differ.
In our Phoenix sample, the typical restaurant had a 4.2 rating on 340 reviews. Only 19% had fewer than 25 reviews, and 34% were rated below 4.0 stars.
What we do. Every guest gets asked for a review, the same way, every time, and we handle the replies to your Google reviews. We ask every guest, not just the happy ones. (Local Visibility: review requests and replies.)
When we asked ChatGPT for the best restaurant in Phoenix, it named at least three businesses.
Its answer drew on 18 sources, two of them business directories.
What we do. We work on the website you already have and set up your AI search visibility, so your business is one an assistant can find and describe. We do not promise a place in any AI answer. (Local Growth: website work and AI search setup; monitored in Local Authority.)
What We Do for Restaurants and Cafés, in Four Places
Google Maps.
We take care of your Google Business Profile, set up a way to ask every guest for a review, and handle the replies. We ask every guest, not just the happy ones. Where a profile already has many reviews, as most did in our Phoenix sample of restaurants, the focus is on answering them and keeping track of your rating, not on collecting more.
Google Search.
We keep your details consistent across the directories people use, and track where you show up locally.
Your website.
From Local Growth, we work on the website you already have: its pages, how it turns visitors into contacts, and what Google can read on it.
AI search.
In Local Growth we set up your AI search visibility. In Local Authority we monitor it. We do not promise a place in any AI answer.

Questions Restaurant and Café Owners Ask Us
Do you work with restaurants and cafés?
Yes. We work on how restaurants and cafés show up on Google, and the same plans apply to every kind of business.
What does it cost, and how long do I have to stay?
Local Visibility is $377 a month, Local Growth $577 and Local Authority $877, plus a one-time $500 setup. The prices are the same for every business. Plans start with a 90-day minimum. After the first 90 days, you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Will you put my restaurant or café at the top of Google, and how will I know it's working?
No, and nobody honest can promise that. We don't guarantee rankings or call counts. At 90 days we review your Google visibility, reviews, website activity and completed optimization work with you, so you can see what has changed. Between those reviews, you get a monthly visibility review, and we handle replies to your Google reviews.
What do you do about my Google reviews?
We set up a way to ask every guest for a review, such as a QR code, SMS and email, and we handle replies to the reviews you get. We don't write reviews for you, we don't offer anything in return for one, and we ask every guest, not just the happy ones.
Do I need a new website?
Not to start. The plans cover work on the website you already have. A new website is a separate offer: see New Websites.
