Initial Commitment Period
All Reputation Maxx plans start with a 90-day minimum. This gives us time to complete the work in your plan and review it with you at your 90-Day Progress Review, so you can see what has changed before you decide what’s next.
Cancellation After Initial Period
After the first 90 days, you may cancel your plan at any time with 30 days’ written notice sent to us via our contact page.
What Happens When You Cancel
Upon cancellation, all ongoing managed services will cease at the end of your final billing period. You retain ownership of all content created for your accounts during the engagement.
Refund Policy
Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable.
