Initial Commitment Period

All Reputation Maxx plans start with a 6-month commitment. This allows sufficient time to implement strategies and see measurable results for your business.

Cancellation After Initial Period

After your initial 6-month period, you may cancel your plan at any time with 30 days written notice sent to your account manager or via our contact page.

What Happens When You Cancel

Upon cancellation, all ongoing managed services will cease at the end of your final billing period. You retain ownership of all content created for your accounts during the engagement.

Refund Policy

Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable.
